Here’s How the Booking Process Works 

Planning your big day should feel exciting—not overwhelming! Below is a simple step-by-step guide to how we’ll work together to bring your floral dreams to life. At SongHi Floral, we're here to make the process easy, joyful, and beautifully you.

Step 1: Choose Your Color Palette & Style

Once you’ve secured your venue, it’s time to start dreaming about the look and feel of your day. Your color palette sets the tone—it should reflect your personal style and complement your venue, decor, and bridal party attire. Don’t worry if you’re unsure—we’ll help guide you! We work with seasonal blooms, so your flowers will be fresh, natural, and perfect for the time of year.

Step 2: Send Over an Inquiry

If you have your wedding date, venue, and a general color direction picked out—and love our floral style—let’s connect! Fill out the inquiry form with as much info as you can, and feel free to share a few inspiration photos and details about your love story and dream day. No need to know exact quantities or flower types yet—this is just the beginning of our conversation!

Step 3: Chatting Through Vision + Budget

If we’re available for your date and your vision feels like a good fit with our work, we’ll send over our pricing guide and have a conversation about your ideas and what’s possible within your budget. This is a no-pressure, honest conversation to make sure we’re on the same page. We’ll help you understand how your floral investment translates into design, so we can plan something stunning and realistic. Full-service weddings start at a $4,000 floral minimum, plus 25% labor & tax. If you’d prefer to talk things through over the phone, we can totally set that up too!

Step 4: Full Floral Proposal

After our meeting, you’ll receive a full floral proposal packed with all the pretty details—visual mockups, color palettes, itemized designs, and everything we’ve discussed so far. This is where you’ll truly get to see your vision come together, and we’ll have the chance to review and make any adjustments to ensure everything feels just right.

Step 5: Locking in the Date

Once we’ve aligned on your vision and budget, a deposit secures your date in our calendar!
• Booking more than 9 months in advance: 30% deposit
• Booking within 3 months: 50% deposit

Please note that we’re unable to hold dates without a deposit—so once you’re ready, let’s make it official!

Step 6: One Last Chat Before the Magic

As the big day approaches, we’ll touch base to go over any final details.These final chats help ensure everything is aligned and magical. Meanwhile, the SongHi Floral team will be behind the scenes prepping blooms, planning logistics, and bringing your vision to life.

Step 7: Relax & Enjoy Your Day

You’ve done all the planning—now it’s your time to shine! On your big day, just relax, soak in the moment, and look your absolute best.
